How You Can Nominate a Family or Yourself


We want to hear from you if you know a family who could use extra help or if you feel your own family could benefit. The process is simple and open to all West Michigan residents who follow a few easy steps:


- Explain why your family or the family you nominate deserves support

- Confirm the family has children

- Specify how we can help (groceries, clothes, bills, gifts, etc.)


You can submit your story by sending a private message or filling out our Google Form. Please submit by December 19th to be considered.


What Makes a Family a Good Candidate?


We look for families who face real challenges but show strength and hope. Here are some examples of situations where help can make a big difference:


  • A single parent working multiple jobs but still struggling to cover holiday expenses

  • A family dealing with unexpected medical bills that limit their budget for gifts or food
